PLACING AN ORDER
Click on Buy and the appropriate item then click on check out button. Fill in the required details on the check out form and hit submit.
We accept all Major credit Cards accept American express. We also accept payments by debit cards Switch or Solo.
The purchase area of our website is secure which means that we use industry standard Encryption. Cheques are accepted but allow 5 working days for clearance made payable to PEC DIRECT. No Contract has been entered into until we confirm availability of your order.

DELIVERY
Delivery is to mainland England only. We do not make overseas deliveries. DELIVERY days and time vary, however deliveries are usually with in 5-7 working days and some items sooner.

ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT GOODS.
We consider 5 days a maximum reasonable period of time to report any damages faults or errors. CERAMIC SINKS MUST BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE THEY ARE ACCEPTED FROM DELIVERY. IN THE EVENT THAT THIS CANNOT BE DONE THEN SIGN FOR GOODS AS "UNEXAMINED" We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted.
RETURNS
You are entitled to withdraw from your contract up to 7 working days after the day of delivery for a refund less any applicable charges.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract you must notify us in writing within the said time period to Exclusive sinks PEC Direct 46 Clarence Road Harborne Birmingham B17 9LG
The Goods must be unused and in their original packaging, if the product has been unwrapped we cannot accept cancellation as the goods are no longer classed as brand new stock. Any accessories with the product must also be returned.
You must arrange the safe return of the goods within 14days from the date of receipt at your own cost.
We will reimburse any amounts due within 30 of notification of cancellation provided the goods have been returned safely to our premises with in the said timescale. Once the goods have been inspected we will refund the remaining amount.
If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with you purchase at the point of delivery you will be charged a restocking fee of 30% and delivery cost.
GUARANTEE
All are products are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty however certain brands carry a further guarantee of parts and labour subject to the customer registering with the manufacturer.
